The Professional Athlete Experience includes:
- An initial consultation of up to ninety minutes with the goal of assessing your current eating patterns in relation to your training schedule;
- The creation of an initial performance nutrition/supplementation plan, based on your individual needs and objectives;
- An optional weekly virtual, or where feasible, in-person meeting to analyze performance levels, evaluate body composition changes, and modify initial protocols;
- An optional weekly review and adaptation of the performance nutrition/supplementation plan;
- Spot consultations with a CAPONUTRITION nutritionist on scheduled times, up to a maximum of one hour per week, at reasonable times subject to the approval by the CAPONUTRITION nutritionist;
- Interaction with your strength and conditioning coach, other coaches or team members to provide a multidisciplinary approach.
The Professional Athlete Experience does not include:
- The creation of a strength and conditioning protocol
