Drawing from their extensive work with NFL, UFC, and NHL competitors, we have adapted our protocols to seamlessly integrate into the lives of athletes who train for passion rather than profession.
Recognizing the importance of personalization, we engage in discussions with athletes regarding their food preferences and meal preparation schedules. Whether an athlete enjoys cooking each meal, employs a personal chef, or frequently dines out due to business commitments, we customize the protocols to suit individual circumstances. With a deep-rooted understanding of Italian cuisine hailing from the Italian North East, we are well-versed in teaching athletes how to prepare traditional Italian dishes with authenticity.

How we work with our recreational athletes
1. Introductory Consultation: This complimentary session briefly discusses the athlete's goals and our offered services, ensuring a good match.
2. Performance Nutrition Consultation (45-90 minutes): During this session, we delve extensively into the individual's history with food, training volume, schedule, and food preferences. This data is collected for us to create tailored protocols.
3. Plan Delivery: We will create a tailored performance nutrition and supplementation plan aligned with the athlete's training week based on the information gathered in the first consultation. This plan is usable for up to 30 days.
4. Ongoing Support and Clarifications: Athletes are encouraged to ask questions. If minor adjustments to the plans are needed, they are promptly made before the athlete starts following the protocol.
5. Continuous Plan Adjustments: As athletes continue their training journey, we offer the flexibility to book additional consultations to adapt plans to their changing requirements. (Booking a single consultation does not include any follow-up.)
